How FastAssert AI collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide when you sign in via Google or GitHub SSO (your name and verified email), and the coordination data your team and runners submit to the platform — workspaces, loops, tasks, journal rows, gate results, audit records, and attached artifacts.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service: to coordinate agent runs and record provenance, process gate results and approvals, power the API and MCP interface, send the notifications you configure, and provide support.
Data storage and security
Tenant data is isolated per organization. Artifacts are stored in object storage and served through short-lived pre-signed URLs. We do not store passwords — authentication is delegated to your SSO provider.
Data retention
Retention follows your plan (7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Team). Deleting your organization starts a 30-day recovery window, after which data is permanently removed.
Your rights
You can export your full organization data as a ZIP at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
